Step by step:
1. Book and pay your room via www.ettsmart.se
2. On the day of arrival you will get your unique keycode via e-mail and text(SMS)
3. Once you have received your keycode - you may arrive at any time after 15.00 (late arrival is no problem)
4. Attention! New guest need to show ID/Passport on arrival at the Hotel before getting room assigned and code. (Show up on time!)
Arrival from 3 pm date of arrival and departure by 11.00 at the earliest.
What if I arrive early to the hotel?
Cleaning of the rooms are normally to 15.00 and you cannot expect that your room is available before then. The restaurant has lounge spaces – where you can wait until your room is ready.
What if I arrive late to the hotel?
If you have your room-code (distributed the same day via e-mail and text(SMS)) there is no problem. Go directly to your room and use your room-code to get into the right building and your room.
NOTE! You cannot make a room reservation through the Web after midnight and gain access to the room that night. Reservations give you access to the room from 3 pm the same day. NOTE!
What if I need to depart later than 11.00?
The hotel does not have storage space for luggage. The restaurant has lounge spaces where you can wait for taxi, pickup , or use as a meeting point after your check-out time 11.00 am.
What if I need to shorten my stay?
You can't expect compensation if your stay is interrupted earlier than booked.
Breakfast?
Breakfast is served in the restaurant in the building closest to Sollentunavägen. Weekdays from 07: 00 and weekends from 08: 00 am
Internet Access?
The hotel has free internet/WiFi. The internet access code is available in the room, you can also contact the restaurant for the code.
Parking?
Free parking is available adjacent to the hotel.
What if I need to extend my stay?
First, book a room through the hotel's official website. Then, please contact customer service at info@ettsmart.se - if you want to keep your room that you already stay in (we do our best to fulfill the booking situation prevailing guest's wishes)
Shortening the length of a current booking?
You can't expect compensation if your stay is interrupted earlier than booked. If necessary, please contact customer service.

What should I do if the door code is not working?
Our door locks is very reliable. If you have a proper booking and current access-code you should expect that it will work. If you experience problems, please contact either the restaurant or call + 46 8 350 260.
Where do I turn if I have questions?

I haven't received my code – what do I do?
If you're on-site, contact the restaurant, otherwise please call + 46 8 350 260.
When will I get my room-code (key)?
Codes are distributed via text (SMS) and email on the day of arrival around 11:00 am.
