3. Once you have received your keycode - you may arrive at any time after 15.00 (late arrival is no problem)

What equipment is available in the rooms?
TV, wireless internet, WC and shower.Kettle, tea and coffee.
In the studio rooms, you will find a trinette with refrigerator, sink and microwave.
There are also glass, plates and cutlery for two persons.
Note! : there is no oven or stove in any of the rooms
What is included in the room rate?
Included in the room rate are Wireless internet, TV and free parking. Depending on the booking, order can also include breakfast in the room rate or purchased as an option.
How many people can stay in a room?
Singel-room: 1 personStudio and twin rooms: 1-2 persons
Family room: 1-4 persons
For all of the rooms allows one (1) small child (up to 3 years) may be included in the parents' associations.
Can we set up an extra bed?
No extra beds for adults are available or will fit in the rooms. Parents can set their own baby cot for infants.
Are the rooms quiet?
Yes, the hotel is newly built and adapted for modern requirements.
Can I bring my pets?
There are rooms that may allow for pets. Please, contact customer service at info@ettsmart.se in advance of your stay. (Animals must not be left alone in the room)
Is the hotel serving breakfast?
Breakfast is served in the restaurant in the building closest to the Sollentunavägen. On Weekdays, from 07: 00 and week-ends from 8 am. Breakfast may be included in your booking, or can be paid on the spot.
Is there a Restaurant?
The restaurant is open daily for breakfast. In the restaurant there is a sandwich shop. It serves a number of variants of tasty Danish "smörrebröd" made with fresh, healthy ingredients on specialty baked whole wheat bread. The shop is open every day except Sundays and holidays. Can I cook my own food?
In studio rooms, you will have a microwave oven to warm purchased food. However, there is no stove or oven.
Can I wash the clothes?
Yes, the hotel has a laundry room which guests can borrow if needed. Please contact customer service at info@ettsmart.se
Can I store valuables?
The rooms and the hotel have no value storage. The hotel does not recommend that guests keep valuables in your room and cannot take responsibility for the guest's valuables.
